I was thrilled to join the BBC Radio 3 team as a freelancer in August 2025 to assist with their social media content ideation, creation, and editing, during their largest annual campaign – the BBC Proms.

The Proms, dating back to 1895, is an eight-week summer festival of daily classical music concerts, held annually in London’s Royal Albert Hall. It has hosted historic debuts from some of the world’s biggest musical stars, from Stormzy to Sir Simon Rattle.

One such classical star is Joshua Bell, the Grammy Award-winning violinist and conductor who has taken the classical music world by storm for nearly four decades. I was able to meet him and promote his Proms performance on BBC Radio 3’s social media – check out the final edit below.
